Robust Chip provides efficient and accurate simulation technology, capable of modeling the interaction  between circuit operation and various fundamental semiconductor effects in a form that can be used by circuit and chip designers. In collaboration with partners in the EDA industry we also develop integrated solutions for automated circuit optimization and synthesis.

APPLICATION

The modeling technology from Robust Chip is used to improve design for reliability and design for manufacturing.  Our main current application focus is radiation hard design automation.
